While John argued cases\, Jean Rosenberg saw what was missing and built it: childbirth education and direct support for single mothers in a region where neither existed. Together\, they didn’t just serve the community — they helped forge it. \n\nJohn Rosenberg is 94 years old and still doing the work. At a moment when voting rights are again contested and the question of who deserves protection under the law is being re-litigated in real time\, his story is not history — it is instruction.
